Sozengrinders will exchange for change of mind within 14 days of delivery. Please email info@sozengrinders.com with details to arrange return shipment. The customer is responsible for all postage and handling fees associated with the return shipment. Return will only be accepted if the item is in perfect new and unused condition, including all original tags.

Any faulty goods will be replaced with the same item, otherwise a full refund will be arranged. Please email nfo@sozengrinders.com with details to arrange return shipment. Once the item is received back and deemed faulty, the postage cost will be processed providing a receipt is enclosed.
